The General Government
The governance of the Order is exercised by uniting personal authority and team collaboration. The General Government consists of the Superior General and four sisters who together form a community of discernment at the service of the mission. The General Government is the bond of union between the different Provinces and Delegations. It is based in Rome.
The Superior General: Mª Rita Calvo Sanz, from Spain, has held this position since 2015.
A Sister of the Company of Mary since 1982. She is a teacher, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Educational Sciences, and a degree in advanced studies from the Doctoral Program in Sociology of Education from the Complutense University of Madrid.
She has worked as a teacher and Head Director of the Lestonnac-Company of Mary Center in Zaragoza. She was a founding member and president of the Barró Association in Madrid, created at the initiative of the Company of Mary for people at risk of exclusion.
She was part of the Board of Trustees of the Company of Mary International Solidarity Foundation (FISC), later being the President.
She has exercised various government tasks; firstly, she was a member of the Provincial Government in Spain and later a member of the General Government Team. On July 17, 2015, she was elected Superior General of the Order.
On May 28, 2019, she was appointed by Pope Francis as a member of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life (CIVCSVA).
Members of the General Team are: Mª Cristina Sanz García, Spaniard; Esperanza Bagnara Figueroa, Chilean; Basiliane Kaswera Kalemba, Congolese and Yoshie Arai, Japanese.
PROVINCES and DELEGATION
There are currently seven Provinces in the Company of Mary Our Lady: Africa, Asia, the Southern Cone, Spain, Europe, Mexico and the Pacific, and one Territorial Delegation: England. At the head of each Province is the Provincial Government: The Provincial Superior and Team. At the head of the Delegation there is a delegate.
As they are recently established, two communities, one located in Haiti and the other in Timor-Leste, report directly to the General Team.

Includes the countries: RDemocratic Republic of the Congo, Cameroon, Kenya and Tanzania.
The Provincial Superior is Joséphine Malikidogo Mulere. The Provincial Team: M. Rose Masika Kahambu, Julienne Nzyavake Kiripi, Germanie Kahindo Kaswera and Marthe Sifa Wa Mung’Ho, all of them Congolese.

Includes the countries of Japan, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Mitsuko Yokota, from Japan, is the Provincial Superior and the members of the Teamare: Rebeca Lizcano, from the Philippines, and Yoshie Takagi, from Japan.
Includes the countriesof Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia.
Adriana Restrepo, Colombian, is the Provincial Superior and the Teammembers are: Silvia Coloma, Chilean, Ada Romero, Paraguayan and Mariela Leiva, Chilean.
The Provincial Government is made up of Nelida Andres Castroviejo, Provincial Superior and four members of the Team: Purificación Torres, Cristina González, Blanca González and Arantza Zabaleta.
Includes the countriesof France, Italy, Belgium, Albania and Switzerland.
Lidvine Ngmeta, a Cameroonian, is the Provincial Superior. The teammembers are Dominique Perouse, French, and Drita Syku, Albanian.
Includes the countries of Mexico, Cuba and Nicaragua.
Mª Isabel Cristina Rodríguez Rodríguez, Mexican, is the Provincial Superior. Mª Delfina Escoto Ortega, Mexican, and María Manuela González González, Spaniard, are part of the Team .

Includes the countries of Colombia, Peru and the United States.
The Provincial Superior is Gloria Liliana Franco, Colombian, and the members of the Teamare: María Helena Peña, Colombian; Elvia Adarme, Colombian and Leticia Salazar, American.

Inspired by the charism and Ignatian spirituality of Jeanne de Lestonnac, we try to find God in all things and seek to collaborate in building a more fraternal and just society from the various dimensions of our own lives.
